Jacksonville is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Jacksonville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. I had been referring out almost every implant case because I did not feel trained enough to take them on myself. After comparing options around the Atlantic Beach area I decided to go with this group and travel to Brazil for their live training. Best decision I have made for my practice in years. The problem was lack of real surgical experience and this course fixed it directly. You place implants every day, all day, under the eye of mentors who have done thousands of cases.

did the live implant course in colombia and the hands on component is no joke. you're placing implants on real patients from day one with a surgeon right there walking you through positioning and depth. not a simulation, not a pig jaw, actual cases with actual treatment plans. the variety of cases they lined up was solid too, got to work on different bone densities and different areas of the mouth. came back and started treatment planning implant cases at my office the following week. thats the whole point right.

my issue was that i kept referring out implant cases because i didnt trust my own skills enough to place them. did a couple model based courses and they helped with the theory but when a patient was actually in the chair i still froze up. the live training through TCP fixed that. spent a full week in Cambodia placing implants on real patients with an instructor right there the whole time. something about doing it repeatedly on actual people in a real clinic made everything click. now im keeping those cases in house and the revenue difference alone already covered what i spent on the course

so im a GP in Jacksonville and ive been wanting to place implants for like two years but every CE course i looked at was just lectures and maybe some model work. saw Trinon at a dental conference and talked to one of their reps for a while, signed up for the Cuba trip about a month later. the whole thing is live surgery on actual patients which sounds intense but the mentors walk you through every step. i did six implants over a few days and came back home feeling like a different clinician. already booked my next couse with them for Colombia

REALLY LIKED HOW ORGANIZED THE LIVE IMPLANT TRAINING WAS. instruments ready, patients scheduled properly, and no wasted time between surgeries. instructors explained torque values and positioning while we worked which helped everything make sense fast.
